When licencing, users will receive a personalized, encrypted license number via email which will unlock the software. This code is typically emailed within 24 hours (usually far less), although it may be a bit longer on weekends and holidays. If you do not receive your license after 24 hours, please check any Bulk/Spam/Junk mail folders that you may have (the license sometimes gets filtered). If you still do not see it, please send an email inquiry to orders@ggsoft.fr. If you do not receive a response to your inquiry, it is because it was blocked by a spam filter - in such a case, please send another email including an alternate email address (preferably a webmail address, such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), or leave a message on the forum.

The licence code is valid for life for the major release. Upgrades for this release are free.

It is the nature of internet licensing that refunds are impossible. Once a license is generated it is not possible to be "returned". Please utilize the demo versions of the software to ensure the program you purchase is applicable to your needs beforehand. GGSoft will only refund purchases in special circumstances, and only at the discretion of GGSoft.

All personal information gathered in the process of licensing is used solely to keep track of that users name for relicensing upon request. Any license may be re-issued at request from this data. No data or names are shared with any other vendors or parties. We respect the privacy of all parties who enter this site.

The preferred payment options are via Credit Card or PayPal (Note: PayPal does *not* require registration and will accept all major credit cards). These methods generate an automatic notification when a payment is received, so no further action is required.
